Recruitment Process
At STEP, our recruitment process is designed to assess candidates’ technical expertise, cultural fit, and ability to deliver on real-world projects. Each stage deepens the evaluation, ensuring that every new hire becomes a true asset to the firm

The first interview, led by our HR team, is designed to establish an initial connection with the candidate, assess their motivation, and evaluate how well their profile aligns with our values

The second interview includes a case study, giving the candidate the opportunity to apply their skills in a real-world context while demonstrating their ability to analyze, structure, and solve complex problems
R3
The final interview is conducted by a partner. Its purpose is to understand the candidate’s career aspirations and assess their potential to contribute to STEP’s mission. The candidate also has the opportunity to share their vision and expectations
